- Bod: 91% polyester 9% spandex; lining: 100% polyester metallic knit and broadcloth fabrics
- Foam-backed metallic knit hat has hook and loop fastener size-adjustment band in broadcloth lining
- Hat has all over printed fish scale pattern, embroidered eyes, foam backed fins on top and sides, soft sculpted snout
- Pocket concealing water bulb is hidden behind right side fin
- Bulb is attached to tubing that threads through top of hat to base of snout
- When bulb is filled with water, squeezing it sprays water from snout of hat
- Water sprays up to 25 feet
