There are measurements both in inches and in centimeters on the size chart so we recommend comparing those to the person wearing the costume to find the best fit!Q: Does the costume include the hair and hat,or are these sold separately?

Hello! This costume does only include the Hat and Shirt/Jacket. We do have a couple options available to purchase the the wig or other accessories separately if you would like to complete your look. You can see those in the recommended accessories for what we have available.
