Having been badly let down by another costume supplier, I ordered a Sonic the Hedgehog costume from Halloween Costumes.co.uk for my 8 year old autistic grandson on 21st December 2015. It was all Ben wanted from me and his Grandpa and he didn't understand when I tried to explain that it wouldn't come in time for Christmas now. Imagine my utter surprise and delight when a Fed Ex van pulled up on the morning of Christmas Eve with the costume. When I realised the costume had, in fact, come from the USA, I was even more gob-smacked! Three days from Minnesota to Whitley Bay in the UK! I can't thank them enough, both Halloween Costumes and Fed Ex - they could teach our Royal Mail a thing or two! We had one very happy boy (now re-named Sonic!) on Christmas Day. Unfortunately I was sent a completely different version of the Sonic the Hedgehog costume than the one I had ordered. I was sent one with a mask as opposed to the spiked headpiece. As I needed the costume quickly I could not return it. I have used this website in the past and was happy with the service, although the mix up on this occasion would stop me from using the site again.Was this review helpful to you?
