The green polyester velour hat is gently stuffed and backed with foam to keep it upright. It's shaped like an open-mouthed Slimer, complete with white teeth, pink gums, and a big pink tongue. Stuffed arms dangle down each side of your face. Squeeze the right arm to spray water from the concealed water bulb that flows from a tube in the hat's mouth area!
